Overview

Chinese cabbage contains protein, fat, crude fiber, carbohydrates, acidic pectin, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals and multiple vitamins. It is the vegetable with the richest minerals and vitamins among vegetables. Compared with Chinese cabbage, Chinese cabbage has twice the calcium content, about three times the vitamin C content, and 74 times the carotene content.

  1. Material;

  8. Add another 3 bowls of water to the soup pot and bring to a boil. Add the meatballs and shredded ginger and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes;
