Cabbage and meatball soup
Overview
Chinese cabbage contains protein, fat, crude fiber, carbohydrates, acidic pectin, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals and multiple vitamins. It is the vegetable with the richest minerals and vitamins among vegetables. Compared with Chinese cabbage, Chinese cabbage has twice the calcium content, about three times the vitamin C content, and 74 times the carotene content.

Material;

Add a piece of minced ginger and salt to the minced meat, mix well and stir well;

Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into sections;

Peel and shred carrots; cut coriander into sections; shred ginger;
