Pickled vegetable powder
Overview
Pickled vegetable powder is made from pickled sauerkraut from Northeast China. This is an authentic Northeastern dish. You can taste this delicacy in restaurants of all sizes in the Northeast. Nowadays, sauerkraut is sold in supermarkets all year round, so you can cook it at home and enjoy it anytime and anywhere if you like.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: 300g sauerkraut, 100g pork belly, 50g vermicelli

Cut the pork belly into chopstick-thick strips and shred the green onions and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger until fragrant. Add pork belly and stir-fry.

Turn on the heat and add cooking wine.

Add light soy sauce. Stir fry evenly.

Add sauerkraut. Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt to taste. Add fans.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the vermicelli has no hard core. Add MSG for freshness. Stir well and turn off the heat

Remove from pan and plate.
