  1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: 300g sauerkraut, 100g pork belly, 50g vermicelli

  2. Cut the pork belly into chopstick-thick strips and shred the green onions and ginger.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger until fragrant. Add pork belly and stir-fry.

  4. Turn on the heat and add cooking wine.

  5. Add light soy sauce. Stir fry evenly.

  6. Add sauerkraut. Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes.

  7. Add salt to taste. Add fans.

  8. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the vermicelli has no hard core. Add MSG for freshness. Stir well and turn off the heat
