Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft, remove and drain.

Remove heads and intestines from fresh shrimps, and open backs.

Gently cut the shrimp meat with a knife without cutting it to prevent the shrimp from twisting after steaming.

Place the vermicelli at the bottom, then put the shrimps on top, and then create a look that you are satisfied with.

Mince the garlic and ginger. If you have more garlic, mince it as much as possible.

Heat oil in the pot and add half of the minced garlic first.

Fry the minced garlic until slightly brown, then add the other half of the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Take the minced garlic into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water and soy sauce, and add a small amount of salt and mix well.
