Soak all the rice in water for half an hour, peel the peanuts, soak the red dates and lotus seeds in water for a few minutes, and slice the ginger;

Put all the ingredients into the rice cooker, bring to a boil and adjust to porridge and cook slowly; (stir frequently, otherwise it will stick to the bottom of the pot and be difficult to clean)

After simmering for about two hours (if you feel the porridge is thick enough and mushy enough, you don’t have to wait for it to automatically trip), add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, salt and sesame oil and take it out of the pot.
