Sesame Walnut Candy
Overview
Nutritional supplements in autumn and winter, hunting tigers in spring, frying sesame seeds, melon seeds, peanuts and so on were all my business when I was a child. Even in a high-fire earth stove, I never fried them until they were scorched, because I would always fry a few times and then go out to play for a while and then continue to stir-fry. It always took half a day to fry something. If you are not sure that it is cooked well, you can also use this method, fry for dozens of seconds, turn off the heat and rest! Add some walnuts to the black sesame seeds, and use some donkey-hide gelatin dates left over at home that no one likes to eat. It’s fragrant and sweet. I can’t help but eat a few more pieces. If you want to lose weight, you have to control it. 50 grams of sesame candy doesn’t look big, but it’s not low in calories!
