Empty fried squid rings
Overview
I am very happy to have the opportunity to try out the Joyoung air fryer provided by Tmall Joyoung Yilian store. It is indeed very convenient to use it to make fried squid rings. It heats quickly and evenly. More importantly, the amount of oil is less than a spoonful. It is healthier without oil smoke and the taste is equally crispy and delicious.

Preheat Joyoung air fryer to 160 degrees for 10 minutes

Remove the head and internal organs from the squid, and tear off the skin

Cut into circles of equal width and width

Marinate with a little chicken powder (or salt), cooking wine and pepper for a while

Prepare starch, whole egg liquid, and bread crumbs

Roll the squid rings in starch and shake off excess starch

Put in the air-fried inner pot and arrange them staggered. It doesn't matter if they are pressed together. Air frying is heated at 360 degrees and will not affect the maturity.

Set to 160 degrees for about 8 minutes. The specific time should be increased or decreased according to the thickness and size of the squid rings

When finished, drag the handle to open and pour. The drawer-type inner pot has an extraction switch, so the inner pot can be taken out separately. The handle is insulated, so there is no need to use anti-scald gloves.

Do the same with the squid tentacles and bake at 160 degrees for about 12-15 minutes
