It heats quickly and evenly. More importantly, the amount of oil is less than a spoonful. It is healthier without oil smoke and the taste is equally crispy and delicious.

  1. Preheat Joyoung air fryer to 160 degrees for 10 minutes

  10. Set to 160 degrees for about 8 minutes. The specific time should be increased or decreased according to the thickness and size of the squid rings

  11. When finished, drag the handle to open and pour. The drawer-type inner pot has an extraction switch, so the inner pot can be taken out separately. The handle is insulated, so there is no need to use anti-scald gloves.

  12. Do the same with the squid tentacles and bake at 160 degrees for about 12-15 minutes
