Tomato and fish soup
Overview
Tomatoes are rich in carotene, vitamin C and B vitamins. Anhui carp, also called grass carp, is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which is beneficial to blood circulation. Anhui fish is rich in selenium, and regular consumption has anti-aging and beauty effects. Add fresh and sweet scallops for a quick and easy fish soup that is sweet and delicious.

Wash the fish heads and tails, marinate them with salt, oil, soy sauce and cooking wine for 5 minutes; wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces; PS: For a better taste, you can peel them.

Heat the pan, pour oil, add the marinated fish head and fish tail, add shredded ginger and fry over low heat until lightly browned. Flip once; PS: Cover the pot to make it easier to cook. Cutting can remove the fishy smell

Add the fried fish head and tail and continue to cook for 5 minutes; PS: If you like to eat MSG and chicken essence, you can add it. I use scallops to enhance the freshness and do not eat MSG and chicken essence.
