North wind fungus pancake soup
Overview
Jade emperor mushroom, also known as emperor mushroom, north wind mushroom, elm yellow mushroom, golden top mushroom, elm mushroom, and Yiwuyang. It mostly grows in clusters on broad-leaved dead trees, such as elm trees and color trees. Most of the main roots of the Jade Emperor mushroom are branches, and one mycorrhizal branch has four to five caps. The cap is white when it is fresh and tender, and gradually turns into light yellow or golden yellow, so it is called the Jade Emperor mushroom or the Emperor mushroom.
