Yam porridge
Overview
Yams are rich in nutrients and can replenish the qi of the spleen, lungs and kidneys, and benefit the yin of the spleen, lungs and kidneys. They have a certain effect on coughs caused by deficiency of both qi and yin. Eating some yam is very good for the body of children. It is very suitable to cook it into porridge for breakfast!
