Peel, remove seeds and cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Divide into two parts (one part for pumpkin sauce) and set aside

Wash the two kinds of mushrooms and cut off the stems for later use

Chopped bacon

Chop the pork (you can also use minced meat directly), add a little salt and black pepper, mix well and set aside

Chop the onion in two portions and make pumpkin sauce with the pumpkin

The other part of the onions will be fried with the meat

Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and olive oil, bring to a boil, add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes, remove and set aside

Then sauté the onion, add black pepper and assorted herbs and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the diced pumpkin and sauté until the pumpkin can be crushed

Add appropriate amount of milk and salt and mix well

Set aside the pumpkin puree

Add vegetable oil to the pan and sauté onions, meat, and bacon until fragrant, add a little salt and black pepper

After frying until fragrant, add mushrooms and diced pumpkin

After the mushrooms and pumpkin are cooked, add the pumpkin puree and stir evenly

Stir in the pasta and turn off the heat

Serve in a baking bowl

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the pasta into a baking pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake for 7-8 minutes

After roasting, take it out and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley
