Soak the glutinous rice in cold water for five or six hours, add water and boil it in a pot for a while (the ratio of water to rice is 1:1, stir constantly while cooking, cook until the rice is mature and the water has basically dried up)

Soak the jujubes, steam them in a pot for 20 minutes, take the jujube cores, chop them into pieces, and arrange them into the shapes you like (walnut kernels, raisins, wolfberries, jujubes can be used as any dried fruit you want)

Spread the cooked rice on a flat surface, sprinkle with sugar, and steam for 40 minutes
