Autumn leaf pumpkin buns
Overview
I love eating steamed buns, so I make pumpkin steamed buns every year when pumpkins are ripe. Cut a few green chili peppers, chopped green onion, and minced ginger. It tastes really good. Do not peel the pumpkin. Don't use radish grater, just cut into small dices. But dicing is so tiring. For the sake of delicious food, I risk my life, hehe.

Mix the flour with baking powder and warm water to form a soft and hard dough and let it rise for 60 minutes.

Dice pumpkin, mince green onion, minced ginger, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, five-spice powder, and chili, and mix.

After the dough rises, knead it and divide it into small balls,

Roll out the wrapper and pinch the pumpkin filling from left to right, so that there is more filling in the bun.

After wrapping, let it rise for 20 minutes, put it in the steamer on cold water for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for another 5 minutes to open the lid.
