I love eating steamed buns, so I make pumpkin steamed buns every year when pumpkins are ripe. Cut a few green chili peppers, chopped green onion, and minced ginger. It tastes really good. Do not peel the pumpkin. Don't use radish grater, just cut into small dices. But dicing is so tiring. For the sake of delicious food, I risk my life, hehe.

  3. After the dough rises, knead it and divide it into small balls,

  4. Roll out the wrapper and pinch the pumpkin filling from left to right, so that there is more filling in the bun.
