Prepare raw materials;

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil and a little salt, add the green beans, cook until the green beans are about 60 to 70% cooked, remove and cut into small pieces;

Stir-fry until the fat on the pork belly slices comes out and the surface is slightly browned; add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry inside;

After the aroma comes out, add a little cooking wine and light soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry;

Add the blanched green beans; stir-fry the green beans until they are about 90% cooked;

Add red pepper slices and continue to stir-fry;

When the red pepper slices change color slightly, add salt and other seasonings and stir-fry evenly;
