Big meat represents wealth, and a bowl of greasy braised pork symbolizes prosperity in the coming year, and a smooth and happy life and career! Although I am from the north, my son is a carnivore and likes braised pork very much, so my family’s New Year’s Eve dish must have a plate of braised pork with rich red sauce. I made it in an automatic pot. The method may not be authentic, but it tastes great
