  4. Remove the cooked fungus and use cold boiling water, then drain the water and put it into a container, add minced garlic and millet

  5. Pour a little oil into the pan, fry the peanuts until crispy, take them out and set aside

  6. Use the oil used to fry peanuts and sauté Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant, remove and discard
