Place the flour and cornmeal in a large bowl and mix well.

Pour in hot water and stir with chopsticks to form a fluffy consistency.

Knead the gnocchi into a uniform dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes while preparing the leeks.

Wash, drain and cut the leeks into small pieces, add sesame oil and stir evenly.

Beat three eggs into a homogenous mixture, leaving one aside.

Fry the egg liquid and mash until fragrant, stir-fry the dried shrimps until fragrant, and add to the leeks.

Add the remaining raw egg, salt and allspice and mix well.

Sprinkle a small amount of flour on a cutting board, roll the dough into a long strip, and cut into 12 even sections.

Roll each small piece into a round dough.

Wrap the leek with dough and pinch the edges tightly.

Fold the edge bit by bit starting from one side.

Heat a non-stick pan without adding oil and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
