Black Sesame Tortillas

A soft, glutinous and sweet pancake that is quick and easy to make. It is a good breakfast paired with milk or soy milk!

Mix corn flour and glutinous rice flour evenly, add appropriate amount of warm water and knead into a dough

Cover the soft dough with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes

While the dough is rising, make the black sesame filling: mix black sesame powder, cooked flour, brown sugar, and butter into a container.

Knead all the ingredients together to form the filling

Knead the risen dough and add the ingredients

Take a divided portion and press it into dough with your hands. (The dough is very soft, just flatten it with your hands)

Add appropriate amount of black sesame filling.

Tighten your mouth.

After tightening the mouth, gently press it into a cake shape with your hands, and do everything in sequence.

Heat an electric pan, add a teaspoon of cooking oil, and fry the pancake base.

Set one side to shape, flip and fry the other side until golden brown and the patties are puffed up and light, then take them out.
