The chili sauce goes very well with rice. Since my family only eats pork, I researched and made a pork version, which is really good!

Wash all the ingredients and prepare them, I use the food processor!

Use a food processor to chop the peppers, onions, and garlic and set aside.

The pork is chopped with a knife, which makes it more fragrant! You can also use a food processor! Dice tomatoes!

Pour more oil into the pot, add onion, garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. 2. Pour in the minced pork and cut it quickly until the meat turns white. 3. Pour in the peppers and diced tomatoes and stir-fry. 4. Add bean paste, oyster sauce, salt, and MSG. Add as you taste. You can adjust according to your own taste. 5. Then continue to cook until there is no moisture. Add sesame seeds 5 minutes before cooking.
