Prepare materials

Cut the cabbage into strips, slice the pork, chop the onion and ginger and set aside

Wash the pot, heat it up, pour in appropriate amount of oil, add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the meat slices and fry until it changes color

Add cabbage, ⚠️Do not stir fry

Pour 2 bowls of water, cover and simmer over high heat for 5 minutes
