Prepare the raw materials, soak the dried beans two hours in advance and cut them into small pieces;

Put a little oil in the pot, add rock sugar and stir-fry over low heat;

Slowly fry the rock sugar until it turns into small brown bubbles;

Add in the sliced pork belly pieces;

Stir-fry the pork belly pieces until the surface of the meat pieces is slightly charred and the meat pieces shrink;

Add the prepared ginger, green onions, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves and other ingredients and stir-fry together;

Stir fry and add appropriate amount of white wine;

Stir fry and then add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and water;

Add the prepared dried beans;

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for thirty minutes;

Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and stir-fry evenly;

Cover and simmer for another five minutes.
