Overview

I bought a braised pig ear and only ate half of it. The remaining half was neither more nor less. For the second meal, I simply fried it with lotus root. Both had a crunchy texture and were delicious.

  2. Peel the lotus root and cut into thin slices.

  3. Soak in clean water for a while to prevent it from turning black.

  4. Wash and cut green onions into sections.

  5. Heat the pan, pour an appropriate amount of oil, add the lotus root slices and stir-fry for a while.

  6. Add pig ears.

  7. Pour enough water to prevent sticking to the pan and continue to stir-fry.

  8. Fry until the water evaporates, add salt and chicken powder.
