Fried Double Crispy
Overview
I bought a braised pig ear and only ate half of it. The remaining half was neither more nor less. For the second meal, I simply fried it with lotus root. Both had a crunchy texture and were delicious.

Ingredients: lotus root, pig ears, green onions.

Peel the lotus root and cut into thin slices.

Soak in clean water for a while to prevent it from turning black.

Wash and cut green onions into sections.

Heat the pan, pour an appropriate amount of oil, add the lotus root slices and stir-fry for a while.

Add pig ears.

Pour enough water to prevent sticking to the pan and continue to stir-fry.

Fry until the water evaporates, add salt and chicken powder.

Sprinkle some green onions and stir-fry evenly.
