I use half risen dough and half dead dough, which is the risen dough.

Pat the dough into a pancake and add some black sesame salt in the middle

Then roll it into small garden cake

Pancakes baked in a light wave oven

Just bake until golden brown

Shaanxi Roujiamo is made with minced braised pork. I stir-fry the meat cubes, fungus, onions and garlic.

You can also use it with steamed buns, or it’s delicious without buns
