Hand-shredded cabbage
Overview
Hand-shredded cabbage is a Hunan dish. It has a variety of fragrant ingredients, the aroma of dried shrimps and the frying of pure lard. It is a delicious dish that goes well with rice. In order to make this dish, I went to a Hunan restaurant and ordered a hand-shredded cabbage to review it. I copied it when I got home. After the finished product is ready, the taste is the same as in the restaurant. My son, who doesn’t eat chili peppers, said he didn’t expect hand-shredded cabbage to be so delicious! I was also asked to make hand-shredded cabbage the next day. Hee hee, my son’s love for eating is my mother’s motivation.
