Pan-fried black pepper hairtail fish
Overview
This dry-fried black pepper hairtail is made by slicing the hairtail during marinating to add more flavor. After dry-frying, the skin of the hairtail is crispy. After being sprinkled with black peppercorns, the rich black pepper flavor lingers in your mouth, making it more delicious the more you chew!

Cut the hairtail into a diamond shape;

Put it into a container, add cooking wine, white wine, salt, and black pepper and marinate for 20 minutes; (more marinating time will make it more flavorful)

Dry the marinated hairtail with kitchen paper and dip it in flour;

Pour oil into the pan, add the hairtail dipped in flour and fry;

Fry both sides of the hairtail until it turns brown, then grind in black pepper with a black pepper bottle and serve.
