Pumpkin Sandwich Cookies
Overview
When I didn't learn how to bake, every time I went back to the bakery, I couldn't help but buy a few sandwich biscuits filled with taro paste. They were super delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, sweet and delicious. Later, I made the fried version a few times, but I was worried about gaining weight. Now that we have an air fryer oven, we can make delicious and healthy food at any time, and the fillings can be adjusted according to our own preferences. It's so convenient!
