Stir-fried edamame kernels with double peppers
Overview
Edamame is a fresh soybean with pods. Edamame is sweet in taste and neutral in nature. It enters the spleen and large intestine meridians and has the effects of strengthening the spleen and widening the middle, moistening dryness and eliminating water, clearing away heat and detoxifying, and replenishing qi. Edamame kernels are green and tender. They like to be fried and go well with porridge. Sometimes they are also cooked with fish and meat. They are all my daughter’s favorite dishes
