Cocktail roasted wing root
Overview
Cocktails can not only be used to make special drinks, but can also be used for cooking. Chicken wings are also called chicken drumsticks, and I think most people like them. The meat in this part is very firm and tender, and it tastes great whether grilled or grilled. Today I tried using cocktail to roast the chicken wings. It tasted really good. The cocktail was dissolved into the chicken wings, which not only removed the fishy smell, but also had a light fruity aroma, which left an endless aftertaste in your mouth!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare ingredients: chicken wings (10 pieces), cocktail (orange flavor)
-
Onion knots, ginger slices, bay leaves, star anise, rock sugar
-
First wash the wing roots (it’s best to make two cuts to absorb the flavor), put cold water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and take it out
-
Rinse the blood foam with clean water and dry it for later use
-
Pour oil into the pot, add rock sugar (or white sugar), and cook over low heat until bubbling
-
Pour in the wing root and stir-fry over medium heat for a while, then add the ginger slices, green onion knots, star anise and bay leaves and continue to stir-fry for about 1 minute
-
After stir-frying until fragrant, add oyster sauce, fresh soy sauce, and dark soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, then pour in the cocktail, cover the pot and cook over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes
-
Squeeze in a little lemon juice 2 minutes before serving (you don’t have to put it in if you don’t have it)
-
If the saltiness is not enough, add a little salt and then heat until the soup thickens
-
Serve it out and enjoy!
