Peel and cut purple and sweet potatoes into cubes.

Steam in a steamer until cooked.

After steaming, press it into a puree. The more delicate, the better.

Mix glutinous rice flour with sugar water.

Boil one-third of the dough with water for two minutes, then add the rest of the glutinous rice dough to make it easier to form.
