Overview
I saw baby cabbage for the first time during the Chinese New Year and thought it was very fresh. I bought it and tried it. The price is not cheap🤪...It tastes sweet and delicious. Friends who like to eat green vegetables recommend trying it. There is no step-by-step diagram for now. I will improve it slowly in the future🥳

Wash the baby cabbage, cut it in half, blanch it, cool it and drain it, and set aside (add a little salt when blanching, and a little cooking oil in the water when cooling to keep the color of the blanched vegetables green); remove the stems of the bell peppers and cut the cabbage into large pieces for later use;
