Qingming Food——Qingtuan
Overview
Qingtuan is a special snack of the Jiangnan generation. Eating Qingtuan during the Qingming Festival is an indispensable custom. Since there is no wheat straw pulp, I bought some wheat straw powder online, mixed it with glutinous rice flour, and then wrapped it with bean paste filling. It is not sweet but not greasy, and has a light but long grass aroma. The taste is also good.

Get the ingredients ready.

First add boiling water to boil the flour until cooked, then add glutinous rice flour, wheat flour and white sugar.
