Clean and cut the seafood mushrooms into sections and set aside.

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the shrimp until cooked.

Steam the scallops with cooking wine and set aside.

Add the seafood mushrooms to the remaining oil in the pot and stir-fry.

Add the cut tofu and scallops and when the pot is cooked, add the shrimp and gravy.

When the pan is cooked, drizzle some sesame oil, serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
