Have materials ready.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, add washed shrimp skin and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the edamame and stir-fry over high heat.

Stir-fry until the skin of the edamame becomes wrinkled. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
