Beer stewed chicken

Overview

Beer-cooked meat and potatoes are both delicious. Beef, duck, chicken and potatoes are all very authentic. So, I specially bought about 2 pounds of chicken and boiled it in beer. Needless to say, it’s delicious.

  1. Cut the chicken into large pieces and put it on a large plate. Add 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine. Marinate it evenly with your hands, and put it in a dense box in the refrigerator overnight to make it more delicious;

  7. Cook until about 1/3 of the soup is left. Test the taste. If it is not salty enough, consider adding an appropriate amount of light soy sauce or salt. If the taste is a bit weak, add about 1 tablespoon of sugar, then sprinkle a little pepper, spread evenly, and serve on a plate.
