Beer Three Yellow Chicken
Overview
This is what I had when my friend and I went to eat chicken claypot last time. In fact, I feel like it is a chicken pot. But I changed my approach a little bit today. I changed the rock sugar to white sugar. The reason turned out to be that I forgot when I was making it and did not use rock sugar to stir-fry the sugar color, so I had no choice but to add white sugar to make beer chicken later. This dish is spicy in addition to being spicy. It doesn't look very satisfying, but the spicy taste is unbearable. But it’s easy to eat. I ate some by myself at noon. I brought some to work to eat. The temptation of delicious food is irresistible.
