Leaf rake
Overview
In addition to the spicy, delicious and appetizing Sichuan cuisine, Bashu, Sichuan and Chongqing also has many delicious snacks, not only spicy, but also glutinous and sweet. For example, in this rice dumpling dish, the soft and glutinous rice skin is wrapped in moist and sweet red bean filling. Because it is steamed using rice dumpling leaves, it adds a light fragrance. As long as you use salad oil instead of lard, the taste will be sweeter and softer, and dip it in honey to make it more moist. In the dry autumn, just take a few and it can be used as a dessert or snack, and it is also a good choice as a breakfast staple——
