Osmanthus glutinous rice and lotus root
Overview
I really wanted to eat something soft and glutinous today, so I thought of this recipe. This is a dish that I have been making for many years and is easy to succeed. Glutinous rice and lotus root taste soft, glutinous and sweet, and are a favorite dish among children. The addition of brown sugar is also very beneficial to girls’ skin care^_^

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for one hour

Select one section of lotus root and wash

Add water to the pot to cover the lotus roots, cook for half an hour, add brown sugar and rock sugar, continue to cook for half an hour

You can easily penetrate the lotus root body with a toothpick and fish it out

Remove the lotus root cover, slice into slices and serve on a plate

Drizzle with osmanthus honey (this is my homemade), if you don’t have it, just use honey
