-
Divide the fondant paste into 1 part of 150g, 1 part of 100g, and 2 parts of 25g. Add coloring and knead into gray, dark purple, and dark brown respectively.
-
Place the white fondant paste on baking paper and roll it into thin sheets with a rolling pin.
-
Glue the dark purple and dark brown fondant on both sides of the gray fondant.
-
Knead the fondant paste together, but do not knead it evenly, leaving some texture, and then roll it into thin sheets.
-
Spread a little water on the dark fondant sheet and stick the white fondant sheet on it.
-
Put the sugar and water in a small pot and stir well.
-
Place on the fire and heat, stirring while heating, until the syrup becomes transparent, remove from the heat.
-
Add two drops each of red and blue coloring.
-
Stir the syrup until it turns dark purple.
-
Take a medium-sized bowl, fill it with a layer of tinfoil to make a rock shape, then cover it with a layer of tinfoil and spray it with a thin layer of oil.
-
Press the fondant paste into it and cut off the excess edges with scissors.
-
Take a large bowl, line it with a layer of kitchen paper, put the fondant bowl in, pour in the syrup, and wrap the large bowl with tin foil. Leave for at least 12 hours to allow the sugar to precipitate. Then pour out the liquid in the middle and place it face down until the sugar in the middle is completely dry. Trim off excess fondant.
