Pickled Pumpkin
Overview
The pickled pumpkin is cooked with a little salty pork belly to make it more delicious. I ate this dish when I went to Fenghua, Ningbo to eat farm food a few days ago. It is an appetizer that has been cooked and then refrigerated. It is cool and has a very delicious and appetizing texture. We all ate it with big mouthfuls. It is very suitable for summer consumption

Wash the salted pork belly with hot water and slice it into pieces. Prepare the pumpkin and pickled vegetables

Prepare chopped green onion, cooking wine and shredded ginger

Wash the pumpkin, cut it into pieces, remove the seeds and flesh, and cut into pieces

Pour oil into a hot pan, add salted pork belly under the warm oil, turn to low heat and press the oil until fragrant
