Steamed dumplings in soup

Overview

I bought some pork and it came with pork rinds! I just made some pork rind jelly! My son said he wanted to eat dumplings with juice, so he wanted to try them!

  1. Chop the pork and shrimps separately, add seasonings according to your own taste and mix into a ball. Add in chopped cabbage and shredded jelly skin and mix well (I only thought of uploading photos after I started wrapping)

  2. Let’s start making dumplings! Prepare some water, because the dumpling skin is a bit dry, so it will be easier to knead the edges if you dip them in water

  3. Pour water into the pot, put a wet steamer cloth on the steamer, put the prepared dumplings in, cook over high heat until the water boils, then cook for about 8 minutes

  4. Steamed!

  5. Take out of the pot

  6. A little juicy!

  7. Keep the rest in the refrigerator for another meal next time (please ignore your dumpling-making skills)
