Wash and cut the goose meat into cubes. If there are no green onions at home today, use green onions instead, and slice onions, ginger, and garlic.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions, ginger, garlic, aniseed and tangerine peel.

Add goose meat and fry until oil is released.

Add rice wine and water to cover the goose pieces.

Cover and stew the goose.

While the goose is stewing, peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes.

After the goose is tender, add the potato cubes and continue to stew covered.

When the potatoes are crispy, add salt, sugar and soy sauce to taste.

Simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes, add chicken essence, take out and serve on a plate.
