Overview

I made puff pastry a few days ago and it was sold out at a friend’s party. To be honest, it's really delicious. There is still some kidney bean filling and lard left. I made gyro cake last time, so I will make something fancy today.

  3. Use 200 grams of low flour, 100 grams of lard, and 5 grams of starch to make a pastry. Let sit for 30 minutes. Divide the woke puff pastry into 4 portions. Add about 30 grams of water to each to form a watery oily skin. Purple sweet potato puree and pumpkin puree contain water, so depending on the situation, they can be mixed into a watery and oily skin. Let sit for 30 minutes.   14. Roll it out slightly, not too thin, and divide it into 4 parts with a dough knife (without cutting)
