Fancy pastries
Overview
I made puff pastry a few days ago and it was sold out at a friend’s party. To be honest, it's really delicious. There is still some kidney bean filling and lard left. I made gyro cake last time, so I will make something fancy today.

Use 200 grams of low flour, 100 grams of lard, and 5 grams of starch to make a pastry. Let sit for 30 minutes. Divide the woke puff pastry into 4 portions. Knead 6 grams of matcha powder, 6 grams of red yeast rice powder, appropriate amount of purple sweet potato puree and pumpkin puree into the puff pastry

Use 300 grams of all-purpose flour, 80 grams of lard, and 80 grams of white sugar. Divide into 4 portions. Use 9 grams of matcha powder and 14 grams of red yeast rice powder respectively. Add about 30 grams of water to each to form a watery oily skin. Purple sweet potato puree and pumpkin puree contain water, so depending on the situation, they can be mixed into a watery and oily skin. Let sit for 30 minutes. Then divide the water and oil skin into 4 small portions. The pastry also divides each large portion into 4 small portions.

Wrap each small portion of puff pastry with the watery dough.

Roll up one by one and let rest for 20 minutes.

While the dough is resting, weigh out the kidney bean filling.

After the dough has risen, press the middle with your thumb, fold it in half, and close it.

Form into a round shape and flatten again.

Roll it out slightly, not too thin, and divide it into 4 parts with a dough knife (without cutting)

Then cut into strips.

Use a dough knife to hold it up, transfer it to the palm of your hand, and add a piece of kidney bean filling.

Use the tiger's mouth to help close the mouth.

Shape into a chrysanthemum shape.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle layer, for about 25 minutes.
