Boil water in a pot, add a spoonful of salt, and blanch the white jade mushrooms. It takes about four or five minutes. Then blanch the fermented fungus in water. It is best to blanch them separately, otherwise the color will not be good.

Cut the cucumber into half-circle slices.

Chop onions and garlic and set aside.

Put a little peanut oil in the pot, add 2/3 of the chopped green onion and garlic and saute until fragrant, add the beef slices and stir-fry.
