Vegetable and meat buns
Overview
Today I went home to make some steamed buns. I followed the recipe of Zhibao’s mother, who loves food, and learned how to make steamed buns!

Prepare fillings: green vegetables and minced pork

Cut the fragrant green vegetables into small pieces and chop them evenly with the minced pork

Put the vegetable and meat stuffing into a basin and add salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, sesame oil, and chicken powder

After mixing evenly, add a little water and stir vigorously. Set aside

Add milk or water and yeast to the medium flour and mix into a smooth dough

After the dough has rested for 5 minutes, roll it into a rectangular shape

Fold 1/3 of the dough piece, then fold the other 1/3

Roll it out into a rectangular shape again and fold it, repeat this at least 6 times

Finally, roll out the dough and spray some water on the surface

Roll it up from one end, flatten the tail into a cylinder, and then roll it into a uniform long strip from the middle

Cut into 10 small pieces

Put it in a steamer to ferment for 20 minutes. Because the temperature is still relatively low recently, I added warm water to the pot
