Ingredients: kidney beans, pork belly, dried chili peppers, garlic, and ginger.

Slice the pork belly and marinate with salt, light soy sauce, pepper and starch. Crush the garlic and cut into shreds.

Wash the kidney beans, blanch them in boiling water until cooked.

After taking it out, rinse it with cold boiling water and cut it into sections for later use.

Turn on the heat, pour oil into the pot, and when the oil is hot, add the pork belly slices and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the meat changes color, add minced garlic and shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add kidney bean segments and stir-fry evenly.
