Soak the vermicelli until soft, blanch the pork belly until tender, and rinse the baby cabbage.

Slice onions, ginger and garlic, chop chili peppers, and soak dried shrimps in a little water until soft. Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Cut the baby cabbage into strips, blanch it in a pot of boiling water and take it out.

Squeeze out the water.

Pour oil into the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry. A little more oil is needed to make it fragrant.

Fry until the pork belly spits out oil, add bean paste and stir-fry until red oil appears.

Add chopped chili, minced onion, ginger, garlic, five-spice powder, light soy sauce, dried shrimps, and baby cabbage and continue stir-frying.

Finally, add the vermicelli and stir-fry until the vermicelli absorbs the soup.

Add a small spoonful of sugar, remove from pan and serve on a plate.
