Red kidney bean sabaon

Red kidney bean sabaon

Overview

When I first saw this dessert, I kept mumbling in my mind, raw eggs would definitely taste fishy, how could they taste so good? Even in the beginning, it was a waste of eggs and a waste of time in preparing to throw them out. Unexpectedly, I tasted it after making it. It tasted surprisingly good, and I couldn't taste the smell of eggs at all. There are no cinnamon sticks, only cinnamon powder. The taste is stronger than the red kidney beans cooked with cinnamon sticks, so be sure to add less. Sabaone is another famous Italian dessert besides tiramisu.
