Grilled Tofu with Mushrooms

The fried golden tofu is paired with mushrooms and green peppers. Not only is the color eye-catching, but most importantly, it tastes great!

Slice the old tofu, brush a layer of oil on a non-stick pan and fry the tofu

Fry until golden brown. Turn over and continue frying until golden brown. Remove and set aside

Slice garlic, mushrooms, and green peppers and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat until it turns into color and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

Add mushrooms and green pepper and stir-fry

Pour in the fried tofu and stir-fry together.

Add a teaspoon of chili sauce.

Pour half a bowl of water to boil, add a quarter teaspoon of chicken powder and a teaspoon of light soy sauce to taste

Cook over high heat until the soup dries up.
