Mold pan-fried meatballs

Mold pan-fried meatballs

Overview

I have bought these two mold pans for a long time. They are always used to make cakes. I have never baked meatballs. I decided to give it a try this time to see how it feels. It is not bad. There is some vegetable oil on the bottom of the pan and it is not very sticky. I have seen street food in Taiwan. They bake the meatballs and enjoy them directly. We can treat them as It can also be used as a snack or as a dish. Friends who are thoughtful can make some gravy after baking it and pour it on top, just like charred meatballs. I like it to be simple and refreshing, so I don’t add any gravy, so the picture of the finished product was taken just after baking. I hope everyone understands.
