Ice flower dumplings
Overview
In early spring, the warmth that had just emerged disappeared under the blow of a north wind. Yesterday, a spring snow that had been brewing for a long time arrived as expected. Today, February 14th, the snow has passed and the sky is clear and the sun is shining brightly. When I opened the window, a cold air hit my face. I put my hand out the window, trying to touch the cold ice and snow. The aroma of leeks in spring is overwhelming. Leeks, eggs and shrimps are fresh and delicious. Dumplings are a folk delicacy that can be steamed, boiled or fried... Today I recommend a Binghua dumpling (fried dumpling) to share.
