Remove the stems of the peppers, clean them, and shake off any excess seeds inside.

Heat the pot, add a spoonful of oil to the pot, and add green peppers.

Flatten with a spatula and fry until tiger skin forms on the surface.

Add the peeled preserved eggs, minced garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little salt, sugar, sesame oil, and chili oil and stir evenly.

Use a rolling pin or spoon to mash and mix evenly.
